CTPark Turda is located in the southern part of Turda City, as part of the new industrial / logistics area under development at the junction of DN1 (E81) with Transylvania Motorway (A3).

The park is located on DN1 (E81), at 1.5 km from A3 Motorway and 5 km from the city center of Turda. The main access is made from DN1 (E81).

CTPark Turda is modern park with industrial halls with storage and production spaces, spreading on 36 hectares, with potential to reach over 134,000 sq m GBA. The first hall was opened in 2015, the park including so far over 30,000 sq m of existing halls, occupied by Frankische and Sonaca.
