WDP Ploiesti is located on DN72, as part of the main industrial area of Ploiesti City, developed in the western part.

The park is placed between Ploiesti and Aricestii Rahtivani, at 11 km from Ploiesti city center and 6 km from the ring road (DN1), respectively at 15 km from A1 Motorway (Ploiesti-Bucharest).

The access is made directly from DN72 (Ploiesti-Targoviste).

WDP Ploiesti is a modern industrial park with storage and production spaces, that spreads on 25 hectares. The first hall was completed in 2014, currently the park including existing hall in total of 25,360 sqm GLA. The main occupiers are Gruppo Roquet, Federal Mogul and Kamtec.

Additional halls in total of 82,000 sq m GLA are available for a built to suit development.

This offer represents a proposal of industrial buildings that can be developed upon signing a pre-construction agreement.
