Constanta Business Park is a mixed-use project, developed in the south of the city of Constanta, with direct access to the A4 highway (respectively A2), DN39 and Constanta Port.

The park is strategically located along the Pan-European Corridor 4. Due to the easy access to the highway network (A4 - located 1 km away and A2), Constanta Business Park has direct connections with the city of Bucharest, but also with other important cities of the countries.

Due to its location, the park has access to the entire range of transport infrastructures: air, road, rail, sea and river.

Constanta Business Park is located on a land with a total area of ​​100 ha and includes industrial and logistics spaces, production and service spaces, as well as office buildings and retail spaces.

The first two phases of the project have a total area of ​​39,350 square meters of industrial space and were developed in the period 2020-2022.

The third phase of the project, totaling 20.000 sqm will be delivered starting Q2 2025.

The industrial spaces benefits from all utilities and class A standards such as LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, useful height of 10.5 m, loading ramps and drive-in doors.
